I got such a nice surprise in the mail today - SELLOUT Advanced Reader Copies! I'm glancing through the story and can't believe the day is almost here. July 1, 2010 will be here before we know it and SELLOUT will be on shelves.

What's your book about?
Dear thewritegardener, SELLOUT is about a girl who gets into trouble in her small hometown and flees with her grandmother to Harlem, where she meets a whole new set of problems. She has to ultimately decide if she'll return home to face her troubles or remain in hiding.
