Online mentoring opportunity

The Patchwork Collective Virtual Mentors is accepting applications for a virtual mentoring program. If you are a writer of color interested in one-to-one communication with a published author and personalized advice about your writing, send your application Feb 1-Feb 4 to olugbemisola@olugbemisola.com.

Online mentors are Kelly Starlings-Lyons, Y.S. Lee, N.H. Senzai, Ebony Joy Wilkins, Jerry Craft, Christina Diaz Gonzalez, Neesha Meminger, Christine Taylor-Butler, Jennifer Cervantes, Crystal Allen, and Rachel Renee Russell.

New Mantra for the New Year!

New mantra for the new year : You can't call yourself a writer if you aren't writing! I've set this message right next to my computer and I'm vowing to pay more attention to my characters this year! They deserve more of my attention and I'm promising not to let them down anymore.
